    贵州

    以下文字为几天前写的:
    此刻,我正在三万英尺,贵州飞往上海的高空中。为了打发两个多小时的无聊时间,我开始尝试在飞机上写博客
    云南之行写的太多,贴图片也太多,以至于到最后死了太多脑细胞,就懒得把吃的照片贴上来。这次吸取教训,决定从食物开始讲述我的贵州之行。
    在我年幼的二二年华时,我在贵州湖南交接的凤凰就感受到了贵州的风味--酸辣咸。说来也怪,去前很长一段时间,老胃病一直在犯,整天清淡无油,走的前一天还极度消化不良,可等我到了贵阳,那可是每天暴饮暴食无辣不欢,啥事也没有。可把我给乐的。
    先来看看我最最爱的酸汤鱼。(武大门口那家酸汤鱼不知道还在不在?)酸汤鱼最正宗的就是贵州凯里,那里苗族人很多,是酸汤鱼的发源地。我们去的就是凯里郊区一家吃农家乐的地方,中午门口就停满了车,生意非常好。据当地人介绍,酸汤分很多种,比如米酸,番茄酸,关于苗族人为什么爱吃酸汤鱼,有人说是因为贵州湿气太重,也有人说因为一直贵州缺盐,酸汤就是盐的作用:
     
    中间那个是今天中午在贵阳市区一家挺大规模的苗家餐馆吃的酸汤鱼,想比之下,还是凯里的好吃。
    不过这么一大桌子菜,是不是很有食欲呀?左下角的是鸭肉,裹在稻草里,端上来后把稻草切开的。
     
    贵州的和群路到了晚上就是小吃一条街,恩,还是坐在大排挡里感觉好。
    昨天的这些菜叫丝娃娃,就是你想吃什么菜就夹在盘子里,然后用类似于片皮鸭的面皮包住,在加一些辣汁进去。
     
    这叫恋爱豆腐,^_^ 不知道为什么,豆腐中间是折耳根。
     
    我厚着脸皮挨个摊儿上拍照片。
     
    青岩古镇最出名的猪蹄,好香好香,可我每顿都吃的要横着走路,所以根本吃不下这些东西了,很可惜啊
     
    青岩街头卖的辣椒。辣,无处不在
    周老师,我非常理解你为什么在贵阳三年能长那么肥了。
